Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to define, analyze, and deliver strategic insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for P&C insurance systems

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Support the development and implementation of insurance products and platforms

  • Conduct gap analysis, workflow mapping, and impact assessments

  • Prepare user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process documentation

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support backlog grooming

  • Work on data-driven projects, including data migration and reporting initiatives

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain

  • Strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes (underwriting, claims, policy, billing)

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL (nice to have)
