As a Senior Consultant - Digital Risk & Liquidity Consulting, you will make an impact by leading digital transformation initiatives focused on liquidity risk and regulatory compliance. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, technology partners, and clients.

About the Role
As a Senior Consultant - Digital Risk & Liquidity Consulting, you will make an impact by leading digital transformation initiatives focused on liquidity risk and regulatory compliance. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, technology partners, and clients.
In this role, you will:
- Lead advisory engagements focused on Liquidity Risk and FR2052a compliance, translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Design and deliver high-performance applications and systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and performance standards.
- Oversee testing, release planning, and deployment activities across multiple environments and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate project scope, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and support.
Required skills: what you need to be considered
- 5+ years of management consulting experience, including 2-4+ years leading digital technology teams in financial services.
- Proven expertise in Liquidity Risk and FR2052a reporting frameworks.
- Strong SQL programming skills (SQL Server 2012 or above).
- Advanced knowledge of business technology delivery practices, including architecture, testing, and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to define performance metrics and drive cost-effective solutions.
Preferred skills: what will help you stand out
- Experience coordinating cross-capability and multi-release technical deployments.
- Ability to advise on testable software builds, defect management, and environment configuration.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Track record of coaching and mentoring peers in complex delivery environments.
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.

Compensation
- $87,000 - 120,000
- This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans
