Senior Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid)
Our client, One of Oregon s leading medical firms, is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst for their Beaverton, OR location. In this position you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, partners, architects, project management, other team members within your agile team and throughout the company to facilitate meetings, manage structured email correspondence and organize virtual sessions to elicit and document requirements of various types for initiatives supporting all departments.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Business Systems Analyst:

• Analyze current and proposed processes, document deltas, provide project support, troubleshoot reports/extracts, and create well-formed user stories in TFS.
• Collect / organize / document user feedback as well as develop supporting documentation including but not limited to process workflows, mapping documents, security configurations, batch job documentation, change requests, SQL queries, use cases, mockups, acceptance criteria and SharePoint pages.
• collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Engineers, taking the lead when necessary to lead the creation of test plans, test scripts, test data, communication plans, bugs and report outs.
• Perform duties as a member of a Scrum or Kanban agile team where you will be responsible for adhering to team agreements, attending team ceremonies, proactively contributing to ensure team successfully completes all commitments each sprint.
• Advocate for team to continuously work to improve velocity and quality each sprint.
• On-call and after-hours support duties are an expectation with this position.

Key Qualifications for Senior Business Systems Analyst:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a healthcare environment.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to analyze current and proposed processes, provide project support, troubleshoot reports/extracts, and create well-formed user stories in TFS.
• Ability to develop supporting documentation, including process workflows, document mapping, and batch job documentation.
• Ability to write SQL queries and use cases.
• The ability to create mockups.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Ability to create test plans, test scripts, test data, communication plans, bugs, and report outs.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively multitask.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize work, manage time, and respond effectively to a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication that is timely, accurate, professional, consistent, and targeted to the appropriate audience.
• Ability to work on call and after hours on a rotating basis.
