Senior Business Systems Analyst

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology or related field.

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven track record in Agile/Scrum software delivery.
• Experience managing a backlog of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams through requirements gathering and release planning.
• Hands-on experience with web services and complex system integrations.
• Financial services industry experience.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities within the BSA role.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, facilitation, communication, writing, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to represent and advocate for the BSA function in the absence of a peer or manager.
• Familiarity with online banking and e-commerce platforms.
• Prior development experience is a plus.
