We are looking for Senior CCM Migration Architect for our client in Jersey City, NJ
Job Title: Senior CCM Migration Architect
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
- 10+ Years of technical experience in Customer communication management products.
- Proven experience in migrating templates from Documaker to SmartComm (Must Have).
- Experience in migration of Templates leveraging automated tools (Good to have).
- Strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms.
- Expertise in SmartComm template design, configuration, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Documaker architecture and template structure.
- Ability to work with XML, XSLT, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good Understanding of End to end-to-end communication processes.
- Knowledge of automated PDF comparison utilities /tools for migration validation.
- Excellent understanding of Branding, compliance, and communication standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and post-migration phases.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement clarifications.
