Job Title: Senior Client Partner Enterprise Accounts (Regulated Industries)

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Partner to lead and grow strategic enterprise relationships in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, and Healthcare. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven executive with a proven track record of expanding complex accounts and navigating global delivery models in collaboration with large system integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Leadership: Own and manage 1 3 large enterprise accounts, acting as the primary executive interface.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute account expansion strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and solution innovation.
- Client Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Delivery Oversight: Partner with global delivery teams and system integrators to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage deep domain knowledge in regulated industries to identify opportunities and shape client transformation agendas.
- Commercial Management: Drive revenue growth, renewals, and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
- Governance & Reporting: Lead quarterly business reviews, executive steering committees, and performance reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10+ years in client-facing roles managing large enterprise accounts, preferably in regulated industries.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to the New Jersey area.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and operational challenges in Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
- Partnerships: Experience working with large system integrators and managing global delivery models.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in expanding enterprise accounts, driving multi-million dollar growth.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, data platforms, cloud, and AI solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
