We're seeking a hands-on Senior Cloud Engineer to architect, build, and automate multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This is a remote, contract position supporting our healthcare client located in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise multi-cloud architectures with advanced networking, DR, and HA
- Build and maintain AWS Control Tower, Landing Zones, and Account Factory implementations
- Develop complex infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Create sophisticated monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Implement comprehensive security and compliance frameworks
- Execute cloud migrations and cost optimization strategies
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, OCI at enterprise scale
- Expert-level skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Advanced programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, and PowerShell
- Deep expertise in security, compliance, and HIPAA requirements
- Strong background in DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation
- Experience with enterprise monitoring and SIEM architectures
