We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Control-M / BMC Helix Scheduler to support enterprise-level batch scheduling, automation, and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Control-M scheduling, batch migration, and BMC Helix Control-M features, along with strong exposure to cloud platforms and managed file transfer (MFT) solutions.
This role requires a professional who can independently manage complex scheduling environments, ensure SLA compliance, and integrate batch processes across modern hybrid infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Control-M / Helix batch scheduling solutions in large-scale environments
- Perform batch migration activities using Control-M/Helix with minimal disruption
- Configure and manage BMC Helix Control-M features, including:
- SLA Management
- File Transfer
- API Integrations
- Develop and maintain job schedules using Control-M versions 9.20 and 9.21
- Support and troubleshoot Managed File Transfer (MFT and MFT B2B) processes
- Integrate scheduling workflows with AWS, Azure, and application integration platforms
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end automation
- Monitor batch executions, analyze failures, and proactively resolve performance issues
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security policies, and operational best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Control-M / Helix scheduling
- Proven experience in batch job migration and modernization
- Expertise in BMC Helix Control-M advanced features
- Solid working knowledge of Control-M v9.20 and v9.21
- Experience with MFT, MFT B2B, and enterprise file transfer solutions
- Exposure to AWS and Azure cloud environments
- Experience with application integration and automation frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
