Job Details

MANTECH seeks a motivated and mission-driven Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA.

In this role, you will support critical cyber intelligence operations through focused analysis, coordination, and reporting to help defend national security networks against advanced threats. You will be central to identifying emerging cyber threats, analyzing activities of adversaries, and providing timely, actionable intelligence to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing cyber-intelligence requirements and directing cyber intelligence collection efforts
  • Identifying emerging cyber technologies, capabilities, or weapons that may threaten U.S. or Allied systems
  • Conducting multi-intelligence, all-source, and cyber threat intelligence analysis of current and emerging threats
  • Producing intelligence products and delivering classified and unclassified briefings to command and staff
  • Updating adversarial Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)
  • Disseminating timely Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and cyber threat warnings to DoD personnel and systems
  • Ensuring network, system, and application integrity through enforcement of organizational security policies
  • Researching and analyzing Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) infrastructure, binaries, and threat intelligence reporting
  • Collaborating with the U.S. Intelligence Community and private sector on threat intelligence and incident reporting


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of additional cyber experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in cyber intelligence or related fields
  • IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Experience in cyber operations and security architecture


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior management
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and prioritize solutions
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance


Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
