Job Summary We are seeking a driven and self-starting Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead critical initiatives including a CyberArk migration and a data center exit. This role requires a strong background in cybersecurity project delivery, with a focus on cross-functional execution, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring energy, leadership, and a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale cybersecurity programs. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Leadership and Delivery Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cybersecurity projects, including strategy, requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to ensure alignment with business goals. 2. Application Onboarding Oversee onboarding of applications and data objects to cloud resilience platforms. Manage validation, automation, and integration testing activities. 3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity initiatives. Integrate risk management practices into all phases of project execution. 4. Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity projects. Foster strong relationships with business leaders, IT, compliance, and vendors. Lead change management efforts including training, documentation, and communication. 5. Resource and Budget Management Develop and manage project budgets and resource plans. Track expenditures and report financials to leadership. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Masters degree or certifications such as PMP or CISSP are preferred. Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in IT. Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity project management. Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional cybersecurity projects. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of the NIST/NICE cybersecurity framework. Experience with CyberArk and data center migration projects. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project governance, resource planning, and risk management. Ability to lead in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong judgment and ethical standards in handling security-related matters. Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated industries or financial services. Familiarity with cloud resilience platforms and application onboarding processes. Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise project management tools. Certifications PMP, CISSP, or equivalent certifications (preferred) Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Project Management Professional , Certified Information Systems Security Professional
