We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Hadoop, and exposure to building and implementing data science models. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive business decisions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and reporting.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Work with Hadoop and big data technologies for processing large-scale datasets.
• Build and implement data science models to enhance analytics and forecasting.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements and solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear communication.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, with exposure to data science concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Hadoop.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying data science models.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience leading teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in big data technologies is a plus.
