Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing and executing test strategies, including:
  • Unit testing
  • Functional integration testing
  • User acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Data reconciliation between legacy and target systems
  • Work closely with the BI reporting team to validate data structures and support post-migration reporting needs
  • Partner with data engineers and solution architects to define and verify transformation rules
  • Log and track issues and support resolution during test cycles; maintain appropriate testing and validation documentation
  • Contribute to SteerCo reporting, providing data readiness updates, issue status, and impact summaries
  • Maintain and support the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in finance or enterprise data systems
  • 2+ years working on or supporting SAP migration projects, ideally involving S/4HANA
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with data validation and reconciliation techniques
  • Functional knowledge of SAP finance modules (GL, AP/AR, FA, CO)
  • Experience with data mapping, data dictionaries, and transformation logic documentation
  • Hands-on experience writing and executing test plans including functional integration testing
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work onsite with business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP data migration tools (SAP Data Services, SLT, BODS)
  • Experience supporting financial reconciliation, audit readiness, or compliance-driven data initiatives
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
  • Comfortable working in hybrid project delivery environments with Agile or waterfall elements
