- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Analytics
- Proven experience working with large-scale data ecosystems
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Python & SQL (Expert level)
- PySpark for big data processing
- Databricks platform
- AWS (S3, EC2, Redshift, EMR)
- Tableau or Power BI for reporting and visualization
Nice to Have
- Experience in Telecommunications / Customer Experience analytics
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts
