Minimum of 5 years in Microsoft SharePoint development, administration, and site/library management.
Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.

Required Skills:

Role:
The Database Administrator-Senior is responsible for complex, multi-level application and system database administration, as well as the development, enhancement, and management of the Microsoft SharePoint Training Library. This role will design and maintain databases supporting business applications and systems enterprise-wide, and will build and manage SharePoint sites and document libraries hosting organizational training resources.
Deliver end users support on technical, procedural and process support for assigned functional areas including but not limited to user training, support; design and write applications, troubleshooting applications and software for all internal clients enterprise wide.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Administration:
Develop, configure, and maintain databases for business applications and systems.
Ensure reliability, recoverability, performance, and security of database environments.
Install, upgrade, and maintain database software and related components.
Provide operational support for databases across various DBMS platforms and versions.
Manage advanced feature databases for complex, mission-critical environments.
Oversee availability, integrity, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, replication, and disk space utilization.
Analyze and resolve database issues, including configuration files, schema management, upgrades, bugs, patches, and vendor support.
Consult on applications, SQL tuning, object management, automation, and project implementation.
Serve as a subject matter expert and share knowledge with the team.
May be required to participate in customer-facing assignments, subject to additional screenings or clearances.
Participates in the review and definition of functional areas, processes and procedures regarding requirements, organization and flow of data, methods and forms.
Provides problem resolution; Communicates and recommends complex business process, procedures and diverse information to resolve customer issues.
Provides systems and programming support to functional areas.
Provides knowledge transfer and supports users on installed software.
Assists in design/modification of business rules for software.
Writes and maintains user documentation.
Installs software packages; data conversion; and package maintenance.
Ability to act as the single point of contact in application environment support for all stakeholders.
SharePoint Development & Library Management:
Design, develop, and implement new SharePoint sites and document libraries for training resources.
Organize and maintain document libraries with effective metadata, versioning, and retention policies.
Ensure optimal user experience, navigation, and secure access for employees.
Configure and manage user permissions to safeguard document usage.
Content Collaboration & Governance:
Collaborate with training teams and stakeholders to upload, organize, and maintain training materials.
Implement and manage workflows for document approval, updates, and accuracy.
Monitor library usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and data governance standards.
Strategic Sourcing & Leadership:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs. Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships for SharePoint and database-related requirements.
Negotiate contracts to ensure value and compliance. Lead cross-functional teams on SharePoint projects and provide end-user training and support.
