Summary:
Seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide end-user technical support, device management, and software deployment across a hybrid environment. The role involves managing Windows 11 systems, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Zero Trust access tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- years of experience in IT support or endpoint administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Intune, Azure AD, Office 365, and SCCM.
- Hands-on experience with ZPA or similar Zero Trust tools.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Salesforce, and public-sector environments preferred.
