Office Location: Boca Raton, FL

Workstyle: A hybrid schedule where employees work on-site four days per week and remotely one day.

What You'll Do:

The Senior Development and Data Analyst will provide support for ongoing solutions development, data strategies, end-to-end data integrations, and system design improvements for all of ADT's Planning, PCM, EDM, Dodeca, Essbase, and financial systems data hub.
  • Creates, updates, and maintains the library (currently in Microsoft SSIS ETL task) of automation routines for data sources to be used by financial systems tools (EPBCS, PCM, Dodeca, Essbase, EDM).
  • Creates data validations for data sets to validate that changes made to the library do not affect the accuracy of existing data.
  • Collaborates with the Admin side of the financial systems group to build new data sets that meet end-user requirements.
  • Works with the Admin side of the financial systems group the transition of new data sets for the daily execution of the same.
  • Provides support and guidance to the admin side of the financial systems group whenever there is a data discrepancy or data challenge.
  • Understands ADT's business and general reporting to be able to deliver the best possible solutions using our EPM tools.
  • Creates and maintains documentation of existing processes.
  • Provides timelines and the level of effort for any development/data project.
  • Ensures systems are running efficiently and leads any necessary fixes to keep them running smoothly.
  • Identifies potential system improvements to ensure systems run as efficiently as possible.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or Information Technology. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ plus years of prior related experience is required.
  • Experience in understanding, communicating, and prioritizing projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships, and drive collaboration across business teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach towards business problems and process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work well under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Understanding of Oracle EPM tools.
  • Experience with writing SQL code (store procedures in MS SQL, Google's Big Query and Oracle's PL SQL).
  • Experience with using Microsoft SSIS (ETL packages).
  • Experience with data validation between target and source systems.
