Mega Disposalis seeking aSenior Diesel Mechanicwith a minimum of 5 years? experience to join our team at our site inSeekonk, MA.

Schedule:Monday through Friday / Day Shift / 50-55 hours per week (OT Eligible)

Pay Rate:$35.00 to $45.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)

• Perform repairs and inspections,safetychecks, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, engine, suspension, brake andair systemson diesel vehicles.

• Utilize vehicle computerelectrical systemsto interpretfailure modesto identify and adjust Engine and Vehicle Control modules

• Respond toroad callsforemergency repairs

• Reviewing, completing or assigning repairs identified on driverVehicle InspectionReports.

• Completing requiredpaperworkutilizingfleet maintenancesoftware programs.

• Testdriving trucksafter services and repairs

• Helping other team members with repairs as needed

• Having professional and courteous interactions with our drivers when needed.

• Maintains a clean, safe work area incompliancewith corporate and OSHA standards.

• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

• Valid Driver's Licensewith Clean Driving Record

• Must have proven experience as adiesel mechanic, with strong knowledge ofdiesel engines,diagnostic tools, andrepair proceduresfor heavy-duty trucks.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to adapt to a wide variety of environments to complete work assignments

• WasteIndustry experience preferred!
