The high impact role will deliver revenue growth in the AI, datacenter and communication markets by building deep technical relationships with our customers and being their trusted advisor. You and the team will serve as the product and technical experts for the sales team to drive design wins and solve customer timing challenges.

Job Details
- Build a solution centric, customer obsessed global CE team through your leadership and mentorship
- Maximize design-win opportunities across strategic accounts and reference design partners by supporting them with deep timing expertise and tailored solutions pre-sale and post-sale
- Establish deep technical relationships with key customers including system architects and technical management, serving as trusted advisor on timing
- Deliver training programs and technical contents (application use cases, competitive analysis, technical collaterals) to sales team that increase sales effectiveness
- Impact roadmap and product definition through your application and customer insights
- Establish SiTime thought leadership through presentations and talks at industry events, and technical article placements with trade publications or via social media
- Define and develop technical support infrastructure in collaboration with central CE team and Digital Customer Experience team
Looking For
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred)
- 15+ years of applications/design engineering, with significant customer-facing leadership in datacenter, networking, or telecom markets
- Proven success managing and scaling global application/customer engineering teams
- Good understanding of datacenter and networking system architecture, and design methodologies
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to customer and market needs
- Deep expertise in timing technologies: oscillators (crystal, XO, TCXO, OCXO, VCXO), MEMS oscillators, frequency synthesizers, clock generators, clock trees, clock distribution, clock buffers, low-jitter design, and phase noise
- Prior experience at leading semiconductor/timing solution companies (e.g., Marvell, Silicon Labs, IDT/Renesas, Epson, Microchip, etc.) strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect technical solutions to system-level market needs
