Job Summary (List Format):
- Hybrid position; must be local to Orlando.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
- Support enterprise data warehousing, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable data integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize and tune DataStage jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and recovery processes in ETL pipelines.
- Maintain and enhance existing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and support data quality initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Document ETL designs, data flows, and technical processes.
- Desired experience in the financial domain.
