RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a well-established and innovative technology firm, is seeking to hire a Senior Engineering Program Manager in Caldwell, NJ.
Summary:
In this key role, the Senior Engineering Program Manager will lead complex programs with an emphasis on new product development. They will lead talented cross-functional teams, including engineering, to develop innovative next-generation RF/Microwave solutions. Responsibilities include budling programs over their full lifecycle for customers worldwide and leading a continuous improvement culture focused on employee engagement to drive business performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
* PMP or related certification is preferred
* 7+ years of related engineering program management experience
* Experience with large scale development programs
* Project Engineering Management experience including organizational design planning, estimating, design management, and product verification
* Strong team building skills that enable partnership and coordination within and across teams and functions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
