Required Skills & Experience
  • BS/BA degree in related discipline in a related discipline and 3 years of experience in a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated proven experience with Azure Active Directory administration, Microsoft Exchange 2019 and Online Administration, policy management, and licensing.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerShell scripting.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude and success in a fast-paced environment within a customer experience-focused operations organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic, team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with as a member of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, with a passion to determine root cause of problems/issues.
  • Solid planning and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated continuous learning to stay updated with latest advancements, new features, and industry trends.

  • Managing Microsoft 365 in a multi-tenant organization.
  • Managing the following Microsoft 365 components:
  • Azure Information Protection
    • Microsoft Purview
    • Microsoft Intune
    • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Azure Administrator (MS AZ-104); Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, (MS SC-300).
  • SharePoint and PowerShell development.
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
  • Perform tenant level administration, policy configuration, and top-level support for enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate with Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Exchange 2019 on-prem servers.
  • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform of services.
  • Partner with colleagues to automate administration and other tasks that improve the efficient delivery of tasks and information to the team and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and implement Microsoft 365 with information security best practices and standards.
  • Configure and manage Azure Active Directory application registrations, application proxies, conditional access policies, and single-sign-on integrations with third party applications.
  • Review and ensure the day-to-day availability of email related services like Exchange Online, Exchange 2019, Proofpoint, as well as management of email security features, such as SPF, DMARC, DKIM, and Exchange Online Protection in Defender.
  • Evaluate, recommend, communicate, and implement efficient Microsoft 365 enhancements to improve service reliability, user experience, business capabilities, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Effectively collaborate within the team and with other technology partners to research and apply solutions that meet or exceed business requirements.
  • Assist other support teams as needed with new and changed processes.
  • Perform regularly recurring reviews of logs and reports to remediate issues and ensure that systems are operating optimally.
  • Continuously improve relevant skill expertise to keep pace with technology evolution.
  • Create relevant reports for management and other stakeholders as requested.
  • Provide On-Call support in a 24x7x365 enterprise environment.
