A leading healthcare company headquartered in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Senior Executive IT Support Engineer to provide high-level support to executive leadership and senior staff. This critical role combines hands-on technical expertise with white-glove service, supporting C-suite executives, ensuring uptime across mission-critical systems, and contributing to broader IT strategy and project execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional with 5+ years in high-level support roles-ideally within healthcare or similarly fast-paced, regulated environments-who is looking to step into a highly visible, impact-driven position. You'll work directly with executive leadership and collaborate with infrastructure and network teams on continuous improvement and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of IT Support experience, including at least 2 years supporting executive leadership or VIP users
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 support and enterprise desktop environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar)
- Strong hardware troubleshooting (laptops, docking stations, AV equipment, mobile devices)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote desktop tools
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP addressing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in healthcare IT support or working in HIPAA-compliant environments is a plus
