Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join our team focused on delivering end-to-end automation and self-service tools that enhance application deployment quality and development lifecycle efficiency. This role involves building and maintaining custom Angular applications, extending third-party tools like Jenkins, and driving DevOps reporting and CI/CD innovation.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Angular development experience, a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Job Description

This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

Please note: This role is NOT eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain custom Angular applications
  • Upgrade existing Angular applications to modern framework versions
  • Extend and customize third-party tools (e.g., Jenkins) for enhanced functionality
  • Design and implement automation solutions focused on DevOps reporting
  • Build scalable CI/CD processes and deployment solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide support for version control and build systems
  • Integrate cloud technologies for automated continuous delivery
  • Participate in on-call rotation (every 7 weeks, minimal after-hours support)

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular framework
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
  • Proficiency in DevOps automation tools and practices
  • Advanced knowledge of Git workflows and branching strategies
  • Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure automation
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Java development experience
  • Experience upgrading Angular versions and implementing migration strategies
  • Jenkins customization and extension experience
  • Familiarity with Docker containerization
  • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Background in financial services or enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
