About the Opportunity
Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in AZ. They are a post-product-market-fit B2B SaaS startup with rapidly growing ARR and customer usage. Their platform helps firms automate data intake and service delivery and they are scaling fast. They're hiring multiple full stack engineers across all levels of seniority to help build polished, end-to-end experiences as customer demand explodes.
What You’ll Do
- Ship product features: Own development across the full lifecycle, from design and build to deployment and operational support.
- Raise the bar on UX: partner with design to launch polished, responsive, and intuitive experiences.
- Think customer first: dig into real customer problems, iterate quickly, and measure outcomes.
- Own outcomes, not tasks: deliver meaningful improvements every week with autonomy and urgency.
- Collaborate across teams: work closely with design, support, and leadership to prioritize and execute.
- Build for speed and quality: contribute to engineering patterns that balance velocity with maintainability.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping production software (frontend and backend).
- Strong experience with React and Ruby on Rails or Python.
- A sharp product sense and passion for UI/UX polish.
- Ability to think from the customer’s perspective and iterate quickly.
- Comfortable working with high autonomy, without micromanagement.
- Persistent, resourceful, and determined to get the job done.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional work.
- AWS and Terraform experience a plus
