Description

We are looking for a Senior GRC Analyst to join our team in Johns Creek, Georgia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assessing and improving the organization's information security posture, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and policies. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects within the cybersecurity domain.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and documentation of enterprise-wide risk management processes to identify, monitor, and report information security risks.
Conduct thorough assessments of security controls and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Audit the effectiveness of information security policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to protect sensitive data, including testing their impact and effectiveness.
Coordinate and manage IT and security-related audits, collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to achieve desired outcomes.
Provide strategic guidance on audit findings and create effective remediation plans.
Design and deliver training and awareness programs to enhance information security practices across all organizational levels.
Evaluate hardware, software, and systems for potential security risks, recommending solutions in partnership with IT teams and vendors.
Support incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning efforts to ensure organizational resilience.
Foster a collaborative and customer-focused approach to problem-solving across multi-location projects.

Requirements

Proven expertise in cybersecurity, including risk management, compliance, and policy development.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, and other firewall technologies.
Strong knowledge of configuration management and ServiceNow ITSM.
Demonstrated ability to conduct IT audits and manage audit processes effectively.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-location initiatives.
Solid understanding of incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Leadership capabilities to guide teams and advocate for best practices in information security.
