Role Name: Senior Genesys Cloud CX Developer
Location: Oakland, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Minimum 5 to 9 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self serviceIVR and Omni Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX.
Functional and hands on experience on development on Voice and NonVoice Chat SMS Email Bot etc applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda Lex Polly Workday and CRM Dynamics etc.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong and well established record of accomplishment in delivering customer interaction solutions across various interaction channels IVR web Message Chat SMS social media Genesy Agent Copilot and Genesys AI features,
Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework Integration with internal and external components.
Delivery credentials for Self Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies.
Deep knowledge of multiple Self Service and speech recognition vendors offerings strengths and weaknesses including hands on experience with products from leading vendors such as Amazon Genesys and Nuance.
Knowledge of WFM Reporting and Analytics using Genesys developer API.
Experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms.
Candidate must be a Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area Inbound Outbound multichannel Recording Reporting etc.
Ability to work effectively in a remote virtual and global environment.
