Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in GoLang or TIBCO, specializing in building scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services. The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining microservices, developing and consuming REST APIs, and managing real-time data streaming using Apache Kafka. Proficiency in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, Fargate) and containerization using Docker is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services using GoLang or Tibco.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices aligned with business requirements.
Deploy, manage, and optimize backend systems on AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, Fargate).
Create Dockerfiles, manage images, and support containerized deployments.
Design, develop, and maintain real-time data streaming applications and infrastructure using Apache Kafka.
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while conducting thorough code reviews.
Implement best practices for performance tuning, error handling, logging, and system resiliency.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to high-level system design.
Ensure data security and compliance across backend components.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deploy timely fixes.

Must-Have Skills:
15 years of experience in backend development using GoLang or Tibco.
Strong AWS Cloud proficiency with services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, Fargate.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (clusters, topics, partitions) for high-throughput data streaming.
Expertise in RESTful API design and consumption.
Experience with Docker containerization (Dockerfiles, images, container orchestration).
Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture, multithreading, and asynchronous processing.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
