Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, this role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS systems-primarily Workday, with transitional support for UltiPro.
The ideal candidate will have a balanced understanding of both HR and IT, with hands-on experience in system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and user support.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, security, and efficiency of HR systems and processes, while also supporting strategic initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS systems (primarily Workday; UltiPro during transition).
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze system needs and implement process improvements.
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Cognos 8, ReportSmith, or similar BI tools.
Manage and monitor data feeds and interfaces between HRIS and third-party vendors.
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls.
Support year-end processes and other cyclical HR activities.
Serve as a system administrator for HRIS and payroll-related platforms.
Manage the HRIS support mailbox and respond to inquiries from field and corporate HR teams.
Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training and documentation.
Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new features.
Use JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems to manage and track support issues and enhancements.
