How You Will Make An Impact
- Oversee the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Drive system enhancements through structured project planning, integration oversight, and alignment with evolving business objectives.
- Manage full lifecycle ERP implementations and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
- Lead, mentor, and develop ERP analysts and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with leaders across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Direct system customization, integration with third-party applications, and execution of robust data migration strategies.
- Maintain ERP system security, compliance, and user governance in accordance with industry standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Microsoft and technology partners for licensing, support, and enhancement delivery.
- Provide expert-level guidance for ERP troubleshooting and root cause resolution.
Are You a D365 Leadership Rock Star?
- 8-10+ years of IT management experience, with 5+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM or AX.
- Proven history of full lifecycle ERP implementations and hands-on leadership across multiple modules.
- Background in enterprise integrations, system customization, and third-party platform connectivity.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing ERP teams supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer operations.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Power Automate, and general Azure ecosystem.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and business analysis capabilities.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- D365 certifications are a plus.
