Responsibilities:

• Direct management and support of IT development teams, with a focus on efficiency and project success.
• Supervision and coordination with external vendors to ensure high-quality IT services and system performance.
• Development and mentorship of IT team members, promoting an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
• Active collaboration with internal stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives.
• Maintenance of IT governance, ensuring adherence to security standards and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership of key IT projects, overseeing them from initiation through to completion, aligning with business strategies.
• Application and management of quality assurance protocols to ensure the reliability and performance of IT systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT management roles, with a strong emphasis on ERP system implementations and project management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Supply Chain technologies, with a preference for JD Edwards experience.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Proficient in the use of project management tools and methodologies, with PMP certification being an advantage.

Desired Skills:

• Proven background in sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, or transportation, with a focus on IT management.
• Expertise in legacy IT systems, including AS400/RPG, EDI, and experience managing IT operations for subsidiary entities.
• Ability to provide IT management and oversight across various global locations, ensuring a unified IT strategy.
