Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce platforms to lead complex IT initiatives across global, cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of CRM systems, process optimization, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale Salesforce projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT standards.
- Drive project planning, execution, and governance while managing cross-functional, global teams.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project success.
- Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs, creating reporting structures to track project and team performance.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and project continuity.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance with SDLC best practices.
- Leverage tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite for project tracking and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, leading IT-focused, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Salesforce CRM projects, including customization and integrations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and governance practices.
- Solid knowledge of sales, service, and supply chain processes; automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
- Experience managing complex, global programs with multiple dependencies.
- Skilled in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality delivery.
