Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator to join our SAP NS2 client engagement. The administrator will deliver secure, compliant identity solutions aligned with organizational policies and CMMC requirements. This role focuses on managing user lifecycle processes, enforcing access governance, and integrating IAM platforms while automating key functions using advanced PowerShell scripting across Active Directory, Azure AD, and related services.

Collaboration with IT security, compliance, and infrastructure teams is essential, as is the ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IAM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME in IAM systems including Microsoft Entra, Okta, and Active Directory.
  • Develop, implement, and document IAM processes covering monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and change management.
  • Maintain IAM diagrams, workflows, and technical documentation.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Support other IT teams including Cloud Operations, Cyber Security, and Systems Administration.
  • Lead IAM infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system analysis.
  • Drive automation of provisioning, deprovisioning, bulk updates, and auditing using advanced PowerShell scripting.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with security standards.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in server and applications administration.
  • Expert-level PowerShell scripting and IAM process automation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra, Azure AD Connect, ADFS, LDAP, JAMF.
  • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, MFA, YubiKey, PKI, and RSA SecurID.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience supporting CMMC implementation.

Technical Skills Desired

  • Expert-level Azure and Microsoft Windows administration.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., MCSE, Azure, Okta).
  • Linux administration experience (SUSE, RedHat, CentOS).
  • SIEM tool integration and knowledge of NIST 800-53 rev 4 standards.

Education

  • Bachelor s degree required in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications highly preferred.
