About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infor Consultant to lead end-to-end global implementations of Infor solutions for manufacturing clients. This fully onsite role in St. Louis, MO requires driving ERP transformations, managing complex integrations, overseeing data migrations, and optimizing shop floor and field operations through Infor EAM, M3, and Factory Track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of Infor EAM, Factory Track, and Supplier Rebate.

  • Configure and deploy Factory Track modules (Time Track, Shop Floor, Inventory Handling) with seamless integration into Infor M3.

  • Design and implement cloud & mobile solutions to improve manufacturing and field operations.

  • Manage complex third-party integrations (Oracle ERP, SAP, ADP, IBM iSeries, OEM systems).

  • Define and implement robust data migration strategies ensuring accuracy and traceability.

  • Conduct client workshops, CRPs, UAT, and training sessions.

  • Customize Infor applications to align with manufacturing workflows & compliance requirements.

  • Drive large-scale migrations (e.g., Oracle EAM Infor EAM, Salesforce SCM Infor M3 SCM).

  • Automate testing & validation using Python, PowerShell, or similar tools.

  • Deliver real-time dashboards & KPIs using IBM Cognos Analytics.

  • Maintain detailed documentation including solution blueprints, process maps, functional/technical specs, and user manuals.

Required Qualifications

  • 14+ years of experience within the Infor ERP ecosystem (Infor EAM, M3, Factory Track).

  • 5+ full lifecycle implementations across Infor CloudSuite platforms.

  • Proven success in 2+ major migrations (Oracle EAM or Salesforce Infor).

  • Infor certifications (EAM, M3, Factory Track; CloudSuite preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EAM & SCM modules.

  • Expertise in manufacturing operations, MES, and shop floor automation.

  • Experience working in Agile & Waterfall methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills

  • Deep knowledge of Infor Factory Track (Time Track, Shop Floor, Inventory).

  • Hands-on with Infor ION, Infor OS, and middleware integrations.

  • Proficiency in IBM Cognos Analytics / BI tools for dashboards & reporting.

  • Strong ability to build alerts, workflows, triggers, and KPIs.

  • Skilled in ETL pipelines, data modeling, and automated testing frameworks.
