Senior Java Technical Lead

Mandatory Qualifications:

MQ 1: Candidate must have a Bachelor s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

MQ 2: Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience, during the last seven (7) years, using advanced Angular and Java programming skills to perform systems design, development, testing and implementation, and troubleshooting activities in support of Angular/Java applications.

MQ 3: Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience, during the last seven (7) years, developing application(s) using PL/SQL procedures, functions and packages using PL/SQL developer, SQL developer, TOAD or any similar tool.

MQ 4: Candidate must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience during the last seven (7) years performing activities within the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation as well as troubleshooting, technical documentation, and application architecting.

MQ 5: Candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the last seven (7) years with Oracle RDBMS, including version 12c, or later.

MQ 6: Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, writing technical documentation such as sequence diagrams and system design documentation.

MQ 7: Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience, within the last five (5) years migrating a legacy application to newer supported technology.

MQ 8: Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience during the last ten (10) years with Visual Basic 6 (VB6) or similar technology, including experience with the migration of a VB6 application to a newer supported technology.

MQ 9: Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience during the last ten (10) years developing applications utilizing each of the following technologies:

Java Server Pages, Servlets, Java Beans;

Java frameworks to implement common Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) design patterns, including Model View-Controller and others as needed;

Web Services, eXtensible (XML), and XML-based messaging protocols and technologies, such as Single Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Web Service Description Language (WSDL), Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration (UDDI), and Web Services.

MQ 10: Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience during the last ten (10) years in conducting formal requirements elicitation, including conducting client interviews for requirements gathering and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.

MQ 11: Candidate must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience during the last five (5) years, with Java Application Server administration and configurations such as JBoss.

MQ 12: Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years conducting formal knowledge transfer and/or training sessions to client staff to enable client staff to support and maintain Java applications.
