JOB DESCRIPTION:

Apex is seeking a Senior Lead Salesforce Architect, this role will serve as a prominent Salesforce expert at Apex, collaborating with internal and client project teams to offer direction, design, implement and supporting our Salesforce solutions and governance processes for our client's Salesforce programs. The Senior Lead Salesforce Architect will also provide technical support for Apex sales, solution management, and account teams during the scoping of new identity opportunities.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Lead the delivery of well-architected solutions with project teams and clients.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on architecture, design, and best practices for Salesforce and enterprise cloud software.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and how they map to technical capabilities within Salesforce.
  • Create customized architecture and solutions, addressing client's business needs with competitive edge and measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of multiple Salesforce instances and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and present detailed architecture and solutions based on Salesforce best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement recommended solutions and improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on CRM tools to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technologies.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience and expertise in Salesforce with a focus on technical architecture, design, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience delivering and designing solutions on Sales and Service Cloud, Industry Clouds, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience in designing enterprise-wide solutions leveraging Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Managed Service Provider (MSP) model and experience with managed packages.
  • Salesforce certified along with development accreditations.
  • Experience building custom solutions with Apex, LWC, Flow, and OmniStudio.
  • Experience analyzing product capabilities across business requirements and technical specifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps tools, such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Agentforce project or implementation experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect
  • Experience delivering solutions for multiple verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Hospitality, Higher Education, Energy and Utilities, and Commerce.
