QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Bachelor's degree, or postgraduate degree, in engineering, computer science, or related field.
b. Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator.
(1) Certification must be issued by Red Hat and include the resource's valid certification number.

2. The Client prefers the proposed resource to have the following qualifications:
a. Ten (10) or more years of experience as a Red Hat system administrator.
b. Ten (10) or more years of experience administering Unix (AIX) IBM pSeries systems.
c. Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) field.

(5) Load balancing, partitioning, back-up/recovery, and disaster recovery.
