What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create, manage, and close out work orders in SAP based on planner schedules and equipment inspections
  • Maintain accurate SAP records including equipment registration, preventive maintenance protocols, and bill of materials
  • Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including preventive and emergency repairs
  • Supervise a crew of Millwrights, Machinists, Lubrication Technicians, and contractors to ensure safe and effective work
  • Lead daily maintenance meetings, coordinate with vendors, and support weekend/on-call supervisory rotations

What Are We Looking For:

  • High school diploma required; technical training or associate degree preferred
  • 3 plus years of preferred maintenance experience, including hydraulics and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP PM Module preferred
  • Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical documentation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to safety and reliability

Work Environment:

  • Based in a corporate office and industrial plant setting
  • Regular interaction with maintenance crews, vendors, and operational teams
  • May require off-shift or night work depending on production needs
  • Exposure to mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying weather conditions
  • Participation in weekend and on-call supervisory rotations
