Job Details

We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our PTEMS team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and support of solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance business operations, streamline processes, and drive overall transformation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
  • Support and maintain existing Dynamics 365 solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure all developments follow best practices, are scalable, and align with system architecture standards.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules and configuration.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
