Job Title: Senior Pega Developer
Location: Dallas
Experience: 9+ years in Pega development Certification: CSSA required
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Pega applications. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver BPM/CRM solutions using Pega PRPC, ensuring high performance and compliance with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end Pega applications (v8.x+).
- Implement integrations (REST/SOAP/APIs) and reusable components.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, and business analysts in Agile teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to solution architecture.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Strong understanding of case management, data modeling, and integrations.
