Role: Senior PeopleSoft FSCM/CAPPS Developer

Location: Huntsville, TX

Expected Duration: 5+ Months

Location: Hybrid. May require occasional on-site work with advanced notice. Candidates will be responsible for any associated travel costs.

Summary: The client is seeking a PeopleSoft FSCM/CAPPS Developer to support their PS Financials upgrade team by updating system code, testing, troubleshooting, and designing solutions for UI, reporting, and interface needs.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Modifying system codes.

Testing, troubleshooting, and creating technical design documents to meet agency requirements.

Minimum Candidate Characteristics:

8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2

PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, AWE, COBOL, SQR, BI Publisher Reports, PS Queries, and Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

Experienced in Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database 19g, and RHEL OS scripting.

Experience using SharePoint Lists and Microsoft O365 tools.

Exceptional Candidate Characteristics:

Experience supporting CAPPS Financials projects for the CPA

PeopleSoft GL, AP, PO, ePro, SCM, & SS modules

Texas CAPPS implementation, Scrum framework, and Jira

Responsibilities:

The client requires the services of a PeopleSoft Financials Developer who meets the general qualifications of ERP Developer 3. The developer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team.

Responsibilities:

The core duties include analyzing, modifying system codes, testing, troubleshooting, and creating technical design documents to meet UI, reporting, and interface requirements.

Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team, using collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Must be able to work off-hours at different phases of the project.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (minimum of four tools).
