Title: Senior Power Apps Developer

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (Master s preferred).
8+ years of professional experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
Proven experience designing scalable enterprise applications integrated with Microsoft 365, SQL databases, and external APIs.
Proficiency in Power Fx formulas, data modeling, and role-based access controls.
Experience with solution lifecycle management (Dev/Test/Prod environments, version control, deployment pipelines).
Knowledge of water utility or public-sector data solutions a plus.
Job Description
Lead the design and development of scalable Power Apps solutions aligned with client s Data Solution initiative.
Architect and implement user input forms for operational data capture (meter reads, invoiced water usage, field data).
Oversee integration of Power Apps with Dataverse, Excel, SharePoint, and external data sources.
Develop and optimize workflows using Power Automate to support water loss reporting and operational efficiency.
Ensure data validation, audit trail, and compliance requirements are met.
Guide testing efforts, including UAT, performance validation, and security role testing.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on best practices in Power Apps development.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into functional applications.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and training materials for end-users and administrators.
