The Opportunity
As the Product Manager, Ad Platform Experience you will lead the design, development and growth of our self-serve Ad Platform. You will partner closely with cross-functional global teams, external partners and customers to identify opportunities to monetize Samsung's unique positioning, data and media assets through seamless Ad buying experiences.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with customers, business owners and UX Design and Research to define and deliver seamless user experiences
  • Partner closely with Engineers to lead the deliver new performance advertising solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with global engineering, design, product marketing, sales and collaboratively with other product teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improved revenue and user experience.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end user experience, advocating for the user across business and development contexts
  • Present to senior leadership and demo new feature/functionality to a broad audience
  • Own the high level product roadmap and break bigger initiatives into epics and stories that can be delivered against by Engineers
  • Effectively collaborate with distributed teams in the US, Europe and other locations
  • Communicate product strategy, plans and progress to stakeholders
  • Stay on top of trends in the advertising industry
  • Define metrics and KPIs you will use to measure the success of your products


Skills and Qualifications

  • 4 or more years in Product Management/Technical Product Management with at least 2 of these years in digital advertising/AdTech
  • 2 or more years Ad Manager experience, ideally building customer-facing demand-side AdTech platform UI/UX
  • Track record of end to end product delivery, and can demonstrate the impact of the products you have shipped
  • Experience delivering platform-based user interfaces, from discovery and design to release and KPI measurement (e.g. Admin UI/UX, user roles and permission UI/UX payment processing UI/UX, campaign management UI/UX, etc.)
  • Experience owning a full product and devising roadmap strategy
  • Experience in Agile product development or working within a lean startup model
  • Understanding of existing and competitive performance advertising solutions (Ad Managers, DSP's, publishers, etc.)
  • Comfortable balancing concurrent projects and managing tradeoffs of a product
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


CALIFORNIA AND NEW YORK ONLY

Compensation for this role is expected to be between $175,000 and $215,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
