Senior Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Senior Product Manager will build strong user empathy to identify and solve problems for consumers, merchants, and operators
* Gather and analyze insights from stakeholders, market research, usability testing, and UAT to guide solution design
* Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute the product roadmap across teams
* Partner with engineers to ensure timely and accurate product launches
* As a Senior Product Manager, you will recommend new product ideas and methods to measure user impact and engagement
* Create and review product documentation, including requirements, wireframes, prototypes, and feature specs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 5+ years of experience in product management and UX
* 2+ years leading product teams and cross-functional initiatives
* Hands-on experience managing tech platforms, with working knowledge of microservices, APIs, and SQL
* Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making
* Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
* Quick learner and adaptable team player who inspires trust and enthusiasm
* Technically proficient and culturally aligned with collaborative environments
* Proven ability to lead teams across disciplines to scope and deliver high-impact projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
