Role Overview

Google is seeking a Senior Product Operations & Strategy Manager to support Platforms & Devices initiatives. This role partners closely with Product, Strategy, and Leadership teams to drive planning, execution, and operational excellence across complex, cross-functional programs.

What You ll Do

  • Own strategic planning, OKRs, and annual planning workstreams
  • Lead cross-functional programs from inception to execution
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to inform product and operational decisions
  • Drive competitive intelligence and market insights
  • Partner with Product Managers, Function Leaders, and Execs
  • Manage executive communications, decks, and storytelling
  • Support org-wide initiatives (localization, GTM, re-orgs, planning)
  • Ensure alignment, velocity, and delivery across teams

Must-Have Experience

  • 8+ years in product strategy, consulting, analytics, or product ops (tech environment)
  • Strong program management across complex initiatives
  • Proven data analysis & strategic problem-solving skills
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
