Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale and service.
They are now looking to add to the their team and are looking to hire a "Senior Program Implementation Consultant . This role will be based out of Columbus, GA
Summary of This Role
We're seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. This role will drive strategic programs involving facility consolidation, infrastructure upgrades (e.g., power, HVAC, network, data center), workspace modernization, and technology-enabled change. You'll partner with internal stakeholders across operations, IT, facilities, and corporate real estate to ensure seamless execution aligned with our business goals. You'll be accountable to Executive sponsors for scope, schedule, budget and quality of all program elements.
What Part Will You Play?
- Lead end-to-end program delivery: planning, design, implementation, and close-out.
- Develop and manage program governance, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.
- Drive change management and adoption of new capabilities.
- Oversee infrastructure upgrades including power, HVAC, network, and data center enhancements.
- Ensure quality assurance, commissioning, and validation of program deliverables.
- Provide executive-level updates and maintain alignment with senior leadership.
- Manage risks, issues, and change control across all program elements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure or facilities programs.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in budgeting, vendor management, and program governance.
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PMP certification
- Experience in TSYS financial services, payments, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of facility systems and technology infrastructure.
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
