RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Chicago, IL.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Program Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs at an enterprise level. This individual must be highly skilled in executive-level communications, stakeholder alignment, and managing complex workstreams.

Responsibilities:
* Lead Steering Committee meetings
* Executive level presentation creation and delivery
* Overseeing RAID log for entire program
* Oversee program to transform Contact Center Solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise customer service or digital servicing transformation programs
* Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and driving stakeholder alignment
* Strong background in executive-level communications, including C-suite reporting and presentations
* Proven success overseeing multi-workstream programs of similar size and complexity (>$30M)
* Leadership skills in a project-oriented environment
* Superior communication, presentation and organization skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to work cross organizationally to deliver World Class services to Enterprise clients
* Familiarity with Contact Center, CCaaS platforms, or customer service transformation initiatives preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
