Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee our mixed-use and multifamily development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality results that meet stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mixed-use and multifamily development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet project timelines.
• Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee construction management processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform site analyses to inform project planning and development decisions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in mixed-use and multifamily development.
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
• Expertise in scheduling and project planning tools.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving strategies.
• Familiarity with construction management processes and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and site analysis procedures.
