This position is onsite- Overland Park, KS
Concentrix is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead and manage projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Jira, Jira Align, and working in a SAFe environment. A PMP certification is preferred. The role involves managing a team ensuring efficient project delivery within stipulated timelines.

The base salary for this position is $92,250 - $131,786, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. - Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in project management to maintain high-quality standards and deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement practices within the team and across projects.
- IT Project Manager with 3-5 yrs of experience
- Certification: PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within a technical environment.
- Skills: Proficient in Jira and Jira Align.Strong understanding of SAFe framework.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
