Job Details
A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for a Senior IT Project Manager. This role is HYBRID in Raymond, OH- a multi-year contract with no end date, W2 only.

Daily Task Performed:
- Track progress on survey builds, reporting dashboards, and integrations.
- Lead weekly working sessions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirement clarifications and sprint/work-package planning.
- Monitor QA and UAT progress; follow up on defects and changes.
- Deliver weekly executive updates and program dashboards.
- Coordinate risk mitigation and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in customer experience or digital platforms.
- Experience managing vendor-delivered technology programs.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong project planning, RAID management, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating UAT and structured deployment cycles.
- Proficient in Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
- Excellent executive reporting and stakeholder-facing communication skills.
