18 24 Month W2 Contract | Full Benefits + PTO | 2 Days Onsite in Seattle | Must be Authorized to Work in the U.S.

We re looking for a Senior QA Analyst to support a Dayforce implementation, focusing on HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance. You ll lead testing efforts, run payroll parallel testing, and ensure a smooth rollout across multiple sprints.

What You ll Do:

  • Lead QA testing for HR/Payroll systems (Dayforce preferred).

  • Design and execute test plans and cases.

  • Perform payroll parallel testing and validate integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

  • Mentor and support business users on testing best practices.

What We re Looking For:

  • 3 5 years testing ERP/HCM/HRIS systems (Dayforce strongly preferred, but Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc. accepted).

  • Strong HR/Payroll knowledge.

  • Experience with integrations (APIs, flat files, payroll/benefits systems).

  • SQL for data validation.

  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

  • QA certifications (ISTQB or similar).

  • Experience with Agile and automation tools.

  • Housing systems experience (Yardi, MRI, PHA).

Contract & Benefits:

  • 18 24 month W2 contract
